At Groshi, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

If you would like to delete your account and data, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.

Make sure you use your registered email address to send the request.

Once we receive your request, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Please note that this action is irreversible and deleted data cannot be recovered.

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Removal from backups, if any, may take additional time.

IMPORTANT:

If you have a recurring subscription, you need to cancel it via App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account will not cancel your subscription!
